Winter Day At Fosterfields Living Historical Farm This Weekend

The low-cost family fun day offers indoor and outdoor activities.

MORRIS TOWNSHIP, NJ — Learn about what winter life was like on the farm at the Fosterfields Living Historical Farm's "A Winter’s Day on the Farm" this weekend.

The family friendly event runs this Sunday, Feb. 3 from noon to 4 p.m. You can take an open-air tractor wagon ride around the farm, meet the farm animals, learn about ice harvesting and participate in daily farm chores, like sawing and working with food.

If you get cold, the farmhouse will have season foods cooking on the stove, and there will be crafts and a transportation exhibit.
