Democrats Praise Biden’s First 100 Days With Billboard In Newark

NEWARK, NJ — The Democratic National Committee (DNC) recently gave a shout out to President Joe Biden with a huge billboard ad in Newark commemorating his 100th day in office.

The billboard – unveiled last week – credits Biden with getting the U.S. “back on track,” touting his policies on COVID-19 vaccines, federal stimulus checks and job creation.

This billboard faced Newark residents traveling south on U.S. 1&9, and was across from the entrance to Newark International Airport.

“As we approach President Biden’s 100th day in office, we want to make sure folks in Newark know that America is back on track, and it’s thanks to the president’s leadership,” DNC Chair Jaime Harrison said last week.

“President Biden has delivered on a number of promises to the American people, including successfully passing the American Rescue Plan, and now millions of Americans are getting vaccinated every single day, stimulus checks are getting into people’s hands, and more folks are getting back to work,” Harrison said.

“There’s still work ahead of us, but with President Biden and New Jersey Democrats leading us forward, America is on track to building back better than ever,” Harrison added.
