Despite COVID-19 restrictions, the city of Harrisburg is going ahead with its annual Food Trucks and Fireworks event. The event has been set up in a way that allows social distancing restrictions to be followed — food trucks are spaced out, and lines will be drawn in before each truck, with a marking placed every 6 feet to ensure that attendants don't get too close. People are invited to take their food home or spread out for a picnic in any of the surrounding parks. There will be virtual activities and performances in addition to live fireworks, which will be held at 9:15 p.m.
