Newark Brothers Killed In Car Crash On Route 1: Police
The Newark brothers, ages 22 and 15, have been identified as the two people who died in a crash in Linden, authorities said.
NEWARK, NJ — A pair of brothers from Newark died in a car crash on Route 1 in Linden earlier this week, authorities said.
Manuel Green, 22, and Clarence Green, 15, both of Newark, have been identified as the two people who died in Tuesday night's fatal crash, according to the Linden Police Department.
Three other people were injured in the crash, which took place around 11:30 p.m. when a BWM sedan traveling north on Route 1 crashed with a Mazda sedan coming from I-278 that was making a U-turn, according to a preliminary police investigation.
