At first, I was skeptical of the vaccine however the more I thought about it, the more it became clear to me that I wanted to get vaccinated. I wanted to stay safe. I wanted to keep my family and friends safe.
When I arrived, the line seemed a never-ending winding snake. It was cold and the breeze was a reminder. I overheard someone say over 535 people were present. I think there were more. People seemed to be in good spirits, making small talk and finding common things to laugh at.
The line steadily moved and once inside, the process was neat. Everyone was courteous and operations ran smooth. It was really good to see the community -united.
