Newark Obituary: Manuel Sobral, Casa de Tras-Os-Montes President

Union resident Manuel Sobral passed away on Feb. 22.

“Manuel Alexandre Carvalho Sobral, 56, of Union, passed away suddenly on Monday, February 22. He was born in Vila Flor, Tras-Os-Montes, Portugal and came to the United States many years ago.

“Manuel was a foreman for MSM Empire Construction Co. of Mineola, NY, for many years. Manuel was the President of Casa de Tras-Os-Montes in Newark.”
