Weather Cancels Flights At Newark, JFK, LaGuardia Airports
Newark Airport saw 200 canceled flights on Feb. 7, and JFK and LaGuardia each saw 100, the Port Authority said.

NEWARK, NJ — If you’re planning to fly out of Newark, JFK or LaGuardia Airports on Wednesday, it’s a good idea to check with your carrier before heading out the door. More than 200 flights were canceled at Newark on the morning of Feb. 7, with 100 flights canceled at JFK and LaGuardia.
According to Port Authority of NY/NJ alerts issued during Wednesday’s morning rush hour, the flights were canceled “due to forecast weather.”
The Newark Airport Twitter page stated that multiple airlines were waiving and changing cancelation fees due to the weather.
