Calling All Spare Lego Pieces, Oradell Library Wants You

Block party at the Oradell Library this fall as library collects pieces to start a Lego Club.

There is no doubt that parenthood comes equipped with moments of pain, but I think many moms and dads will agree that nothing comes close to the excruciating pain caused by inadvertently stepping on an orphaned Lego piece in the middle of the night. It takes great strength to suppress the cavalcade of curse words that instinctually rise to the surface. How many times have you thought of throwing those loose pieces away until your brain calculated the cost of each of those pimpled tiles, and there you were on your hands and knees picking them up. Again.

Well, now you can rid your house of those loose little pillars of pain and give them to a good cause. The Oradell Library is going to be forming a Lego Club in the Fall and they are asking the community for Lego donations. Here's your chance to empty your closet and let a new generation of little builders take joy in your investment.

Bring any spare pieces of Legos that you have to the Oradell Public
Library Junior Room.
