New Milford School Calendar 2018-19: First Day Of School

NEW MILFORD, NJ — The first day of school in New Milford is September 6 — and whether you and the kids are looking forward to the new school year or are dreading the end of summer, you’ll want to mark the date on your calendar ASAP. The New Milford School District has released its 2018-2019 calendar for public schools.

The calendar includes important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays, early dismissals and parent-teacher conferences.

• 9/10: No School (Rosh Hashanah)

• 11/5 - 11/6: Parent Teacher Conferences (Grades K-5)
• 11/8 - 11/9: No School (NJEA Convention)
• 11/21: Short Session
• 11/22 - 11/23: No School (Thanksgiving Break)

December

• 12/21: Short Session
• 12/24 - 12/31: No School (Winter Recess)

January

• 1/1: No School (New Year's Day)
• 1/16: Short Session
• 1/21: No School (Martin Luther King Jr. Day)

February

• 2/14: Short Session
• 2/18 - 2/19: No School (Presidents' Day)

March
