Real 'Housewife' Visits Local Tarot Card Shop
Midland Park tarot card reader business shown on RHONJ.

On Monday night's episode of the Real Housewives of New Jersey, Jacqueline Laurita visited The Craft for a Tarot card reading. The "Mystical Shop" tucked between antique shops at The Brownstone Mill shopping center at 11 Paterson Ave., Midland Park, opened in 2009. Â
Tia is a psychic, medium and a spiritual advisor, who was "blessed with the God given ability to provide others with insight, guidance, and direction," according to her website. It further states that as a young child, she experienced visits from the dead and by age 11, she was "reading" friends and family and practicing Tarot cards. She practices Wicca, "has been baptized into the complex religion of Santeria and has embraced all of Gods givings. " She has even worked with law enforcement to solve open cases.
"I never used to fully believe in psychics. It started off as a fun, silly girl thing to do with my friends, but when I met Tia at The Craft in Midland Park, New Jersey that all changed," Jacqueline wrote in her Bravo blog this week. "Of course some things that Tia says are general, but she has also has predicted several events down to the detail which she has been right about. It totally blew my mind. She has told me things that she couldn't have known or that I could have ever predicted. She has predicted the same for some of my family members and friends. It's a gift that she has."Â
