Thank you so much for your past participation in Jersey Cares Day 2016. Due to your commitment to service, we were able to serve many more communities throughout the State of New Jersey. Join us as we celebrate Jersey Cares Day on May 6th and be a part of all the new ways we plan to bring families, corporations, nonprofit partners, municipalities, and community groups together to be the change.
Jersey Cares Day is a day of true partnership and community building as 2,000 volunteers from all over New Jersey unite for the common goal of revitalizing and beautifying communities across the state. This year, Jersey Cares is thrilled to announce that five of our fifteen opportunities will be 300-person family-friendly events in some of the most under-served communities in the state. Jersey Cares Day is also a fundraiser to support all the work Jersey Cares does throughout the year. Much like a walk-a-thon, Jersey Cares Day is a serve-a-thon. Our participating volunteers raise pledges for the time they are contributing, making the event an inspiring way to give back to the community!
