Nearly all of New Jersey's ultra expensive real estate listings are located in one county, and three of them are literally neighbors.

Eight of the priciest properties currently for sale in the state are located in Bergen County, with seven of them being in Alpine. Three of the state's most expensive listings are on the same street: Rio Vista Drive in Alpine.
