Country Barn Dance for Disabled in Berkeley Heights

Event will be held Sunday at Masker's Barn.

People living with disabilities, their friends and family are invited to a country hoedown at Masker's Barn in Berkeley Heights.

Music, dancing, refreshments and hay rides will be offered at a barn dance from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the barn, located on Cataract Hollow Road, off Glenside Avenue in Berkeley Heights.

“This is an event you, your family and friends won’t want to miss,” Freeholder Chairwoman Linda Carter said.

“It’s a great way for everybody to get outdoors, enjoy the renovated Masker’s Barn, play games, dance and meet some new friends.”

Jeff Lloyd and the Cadillac Cowboys will perform classic country music and a square dance caller will teach the basic square dance steps.
