Leaf Pickup Begins Oct. 28 in Berkeley Heights

Curbside leaf pickup will begin Oct. 28 and last until Dec. 2 in Berkeley Heights. There will be no pickups on Nov. 11, 28 and 29.

The township reminds residents that leaves must be placed in biodegradable paper bags and left at the curb. Plastic bags and open containers will not be accepted, and leaves should not be raked into the street. Bags containing brush will not be accepted, either.
