Bubbakoo’s Burritos Opens First Bergen Co. Location In Oakland

OAKLAND, NJ —Bubbakoo's Burritos, a Jersey Shore-based restaurant that specializes in Mexican food, opened its first Bergen County store in Oakland recently.

Bubbakoo's features fast-casual food such as burritos, tacos, salad, nachos, and quesadillas, but with 16 different protein options, including fried chicken, barbecue pork, Buffalo shrimp, grilled steak, ghost pepper chicken, and sriracha pork.

There's also a lot of vegetarian options, including a bean-cheese-guacamole combo, and batter-fried jalapenos.

Perry Patel is the owner of the new business. He moved to the United States from India when he was 15. He opened three convenience stores, gas stations, and a dry cleaners. The Oakland restaurant is located at 350 Ramapo Valley Road.

As a customer of Bubbakoo’s Burritos, I can tell you that the brand is unique and not like any other competitor that serves high-quality food and service," Patel said. "I’ve always been an entrepreneur and I saw the ease of operations and knew I wanted to be a part of what Bubbakoo’s is doing. I’m thrilled to introduce the Oakland community to this unique, one-of-a-kind burrito experience."
