NJ Pit Bull Is Starving To Death, And No One Knows Why
8-year-old Sally will not eat and is slowly dying.
OAKLAND, NJ — A dying Pit Bull is starving to death and no one knows why.
Two animal rescue organizations are working together to save Sally's life.
Sally was surrendered after her appetite drastically decreased over the last several weeks. She will not eat, and her body is failing, said Amy Hofer, a spokesperson with the Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge in Oakland. The refuge has partnered with Jersey Pits Rescue to help save Sally's life.
