Oakland Traffic Patterns Changing For Halloween
Traffic will be prohibited on some streets and no parking will be allowed on others, police said.
OAKLAND, NJ — Some streets will be closed to thru traffic and parking prohibited on others on Halloween Thursday, police announced.
The regulations will be in effect from about 4 p.m. until 9 p.m., said Officer Bryan Rowin of the Oakland Police Department's Traffic Bureau.
No parking will be allowed on the northbound side of Princeton Terrace and the southbound side of Rutgers Drive. No parking signs will be posted on these streets.

No thru traffic will be allowed on the following streets: Harvard Way, Yale Way, Sienna Way, and Columbia Way, police said. Local residents may come and go as they please.
