Road Work On Colfax Avenue In Oakland Will Last Until June 20

OAKLAND, NJ — The road work that started this Monday on Colfax Avenue in Pompton Lakes near the Oakland border will last until June 20.

Work is scheduled to run from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The project consists of concrete work, as well as milling and paving on the road surface.

Delays are expected and there will be police officers on-site to assist with traffic.

Officials are warning residents to be mindful of rough terrain when traveling through the work zone.
