Rosemary Kozel Fuchs, 84, Former Girl Scout Leader, PTA President

Fuchs lived in Oakland for 50 years.

OAKLAND, NJ — Rosemary Kozel Fuchs, 84, of Oakland, died March 17.

She was a graduate of the University of Oklahoma.

She was a Girl Scout leader, Parent Teacher Association president, member of the municipal and county Republican Party organizations and Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Oakland.

She is survived by her husband William; children Randy, daughter and son-in-law Leighanne and Robert Egan and daughter and son-in-law Heather and David Gavito; grandchildren Brandon, Connor, Trevor, Tierney, Brielle and Brennan and great-grandson Griffin.
