Annual Paramus 5K/10K Run Returns This October

Hundreds and once again expected to take part in this year's annual Terry Roemer Paramus Run

Registration has already begun for the annual 5K/10K run which benefits the Paramus Scholarship Fund. The Oct. 20 events marks the 35th year for this annual fundraiser and community event. 

The event includes the Marty Roemer Memorial 10K Run which will begin at 9:05 a.m. , the Lou Lanzalotto Memorial 5K Run which begins at 11:15 a.m. A 5K Health Walk also begins at 11:15 a.m. There will also be a one-mile fun run for kids ages 13 and under. 

Awards will be given for the 10K run and 5K run. 

The first 1,000 people to sign up for the 10K/5K will get a first-quality long-sleeved Paramus Run T-shirt. To register and for more information click here.
