Ben Vereen To Perform At Bergen Community College May 29

Ben Vereen will close out Bergen Community College’s “Curtain Up” series Friday, May 29.

Vereen, a Tony Award-winning actor, has performed in “Jesus Christ Superstar,” “Pippin,” and “A Christmas Carol.”

“The theater was my first training ground. It taught me discipline, dedication and appreciation of hard work and values that will stay with me a lifetime,” Vereen said. “The stage sharpens the creative instrument and encourages you to go deeper inside and try new things.”
