Chocolate Expo Coming To Garden State Plaza In Paramus
Chocolate-covered bacon, fountains flowing with chocolate, and a 'Willy Wonka And The Chocolate Factory' actor will be there.
PARAMUS, NJ — Chocolate lovers rejoice, The Chocolate Expo is coming to Bergen County.
America's largest chocolate festival will be at the Garden State Plaza from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Jan. 27.
There will be chocolate fountains flowing with milk, white, and dark chocolate. Some of the more unusual items will include chocolate-covered bacon, bacon-topped Oreos, from Bacon Bites of New Jersey and chocolate figurines from the United Kingdom.

Dozens of local and international vendors will offer samples of gourmet chocolates, baked, and specialty foods. Several local wineries will be there to help people pair chocolate with their favorite glass of wine.
Stars from two beloved movies will be there: Paris Themmen, who played Golden Ticket winner Mike TeeVee from "Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory," and Adrian Hall, who played Jeremy Potts in "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang."

"Everyone loves chocolate," said Marvin Baum, creator and producer of The Chocolate Expo, "so expect to see lots of smiling faces at this event."
Tickets cost $15 for adults, $10 for children 5 to 11 years old when purchased in advance online and $20 and $15, respectively, at the door. Children younger than 5 will be admitted free.
A limited number of VIP tickets are available for $30.
