PARAMUS, NJ — Christine Pappas, a 19-year borough employee, died Tuesday.
She was raised in Paramus, her obituary states.
She loved life and enjoyed volunteering, traveling, rescuing animals and spending time with her family, which was the most important part of her life.

She is survived by her children Jessica and Kevin, grandson Hudson, sister Marianne Muller, nephew Nicholas and niece Christina.
Visitation with the family is Saturday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 113 South Farview Ave., Paramus. A memorial service is 7 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
