Exhibit Of Sistine Chapel Artwork At Garden State Plaza Opens This Weekend [video]
The exhibit features 34 museum-quality, life-size reproductions of Michelangelo's famous frescoes, including 'The Creation of Adam.'
PARAMUS, NJ — An exhibit featuring near life-size reproductions of Michelangelo's famous frescoes from the Sistine Chapel will open Saturday at Westfield Garden State Plaza.
"Up Close: Michelangelo's Sistine Chapel" opened Friday. It features 34 museum-quality photos of the frescoes that adorn the Sistine Chapel's ceiling, including "The Creation of Adam" and "The Last Judgement."
The exhibit will be open daily until Oct. 15. The mall is closed on Sundays. Tickets start at $15. An audio guide is available for $3. Tickets may be purchased in advance online or at the box office.
