Flooding On Route 17 And At Garden State Plaza: Police
Entrance and exits to and from the mall and on Route 17 are flooded. Some are closed.
PARAMUS, NJ — Flooding affected traffic on both sides of Route 17 and at the Garden State Plaza, police said.
Both sides of Route 17 at Carlough Drive were closed due to flooding and the ramps to and from Carlough Drive are flooded, police said. Spring Valley Avenue at Swan Court was closed.
Entrances and exits at the Garden State Plaza were also flooded.

A flash flood warning for Bergen and Passaic counties was in effect until 8 p.m.
