Kimchi Smoke KTX To Open This Week In Paramus
The eatery is located inside of the Paramus H-Mart on Route 17.
PARAMUS, NJ — Kimchi Smoke KTX will make its debut this week inside of the Paramus H-Mart.
The new location at 60 Route 17 North will officially open Wednesday for business, giving Bergen County residents a second place to get their fix of chef Robert Cho's popular Korean-Texas barbecue dishes.
Kimchi Smoke KTX is a quick service version of Kimchi Smoke, Cho's barbecue joint in Westwood. At the Paramus location, Cho will serve some newer items including Korean corn dogs, L.A. street tacos, spicy Adobo chicken and Texas Duk Bokki (spicy rice cakes).

Chonuts will also be available on Fridays and Sundays, according to Cho. The dish consists of pepper-smoke brisket, chipotle bourbon, bacon, cheddar cheese, smoked kimchi and scallions between two halves of a glazed doughnut.
Cho hopes to open more KTX locations within H-Mart's food court areas throughout the Northeast.
