Nick Suriano Of Paramus Qualifies For Olympic Trials
The Rutgers national champion is going for the gold.

PARAMUS, NJ - Nick Suriano is officially going for the gold.
After finishing 4th at the U.S. Senior Nationals & Trials Qualifier this weekend in Fort Worth, Texas, the Rutgers national wrestling champion qualified for the April 2020 Olympic Trials in State College, Pennsylvania.
Suriano, a Paramus native, made history in March when he won the 133-pound national wrestling championship for Rutgers. It was the first national wrestling championship title in the school's history.

His high school wrestling career at Bergen Catholic High School includes four state championships and a perfect 159-0 record. He also helped his school capture four team national titles.
