PARAMUS, NJ — The owner of a beloved borough bagel shop died Saturday.
Tony Youssef, 40, was co-owner of Eli's Bagel Trattoria, his obituary states. He earned his certified food handler's license.
He was a member of the Assyrian Orthodox Church of the Virgin Mary in Paramus.

He is predeceased by his father Malki Youssef and brother George.
He is survived by his mother Nabiha; children Anthony Rampolla, Amelia Youssef and Christopher Youssef; siblings Najma, Saleeba, Aboud, Jack, Elias, Lina and several nieces and nephews. Adoring uncle to several nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Assyrian Orthodox Church of the Virgin Mary in Paramus. A service will be at the church Tuesday at 10 a.m.. Interment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
