Tell us about your business and its history in your town.

We are a bagel store, deli and bakery that has been in town for 18 months. We continue to expand our menu. We recently added gluten-free fresh bagels and baked goods. Folks drive hours since our bagels are the best fresh, gluten-free bagels on the east coast.

How has the new coronavirus impacted your business and its employees?

We are down 50 percent but we still remain open for our customers and do curbside and takeout or we can deliver to you.
