PARAMUS, NJ — If you're looking to catch an Independence Day fireworks show, parade, or any other related event in Paramus this year, look no further.

Check out information below of Independence Day celebrations and events for 2018 in Paramus.

  • The fireworks show is July 1 at 6 p.m. at the Cliff Gennarelli Sports-Plex.
  • Parade begins at 9 a.m. at the intersection of Century Road and Farview Avenue. Mayor Richard Labarbiera will give a welcome address. The parade will end at Memorial Elementary School.
  • The annual Frank "Dutch" Cleenput 4th of July Softball Game is July 7 at 8 p.m. at the Cliff Gennarelli Sports-Plex.

Various contests will be held to see who can decorate the best float, stroller, and bicycle. Also, Mr. and Mrs. 4th of July will be named.
