Dave Bryson, the managing partner of the Paramus Capital Grille Restaurant at Garden State Plaza was recognized by the company with its top honor - the Joe R. Lee Diamond Club Award.
The company presents the award annually to managing partners who demonstrate outstanding results by showing strong and inspiring leadership while also achieving top financial performance in the company's fiscal year, according to a company statement.
Bryson praised the Paramus team as one of his keys to success.
“It’s an honor for our restaurant to be recognized with a Diamond Club Award,” said Bryson. “This honor is the result of teamwork and a strong culture of service within my restaurant, as well as overwhelming support from the Paramus community.”
He joins an elite group of four managing partners selected from the company's 49 restaurants in North America.
