Paramus Rt. 4 Overpass Will Be Closed For Weeks

Detours will be put in place until work on replacing the overpass is completed. The new traffic pattern will be in place until June 16.

PARAMUS, NJ — Paramus Road at Route 4 will be closed starting at 11 p.m. Friday, New Jersey Department of Transportation officials said.

The road will be closed for nearly three weeks so the overpass above Route 4 can be replaced.

Detours will be put in place until work is completed. The new traffic pattern will be in place until June 16.

Authorities urge motorists to expect delays in the area and to plan their routes accordingly.
