Part Of Route 4 West in Paramus To Close Sunday

PARAMUS, NJ —One lane on Route 4 West will be closed for utility work on Sunday.

The right lane near the Paramus Road will be closed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. so utility poles can be installed. The ramps to and from Route 4 and Paramus Road will remain open.

The utility work is in advance of a $5 million project to replace the deck on the Paramus Road Bridge over Route 4 that is scheduled to take place in the spring of 2019.

The precise timing of the work is subject to change due to weather or other factors.
