School District Hosts Presentation on Parenting Skills This Week
Here's a sneak peek of what's coming up in Paramus this week

MONDAY: Hear Life Coach Eliot Speigel speak at the Paramus Public Library, from 6:30 to 8:30pm about success through support goal setting in this two-hour workshop. Learn how to visualize your goals,  make an action plan with a goal. align your goals and values and how to make quick decisions.
TUESDAY: Senior Citizens interested in taking low-cost courses in a relaxed environment, without tests or grades, are invited to attend the Institute of New Dimensions classes at the Central Unitarian Church at 10am. For more information call 973-291-8220.
WEDNESDAY: In the third series of a Parent Education meeting, Paramus High School district behaviorists Juan Castro and Lacie Callari will present "Parenting Skills for the Challenging Child" at 7:30pm in the High School Cafeteria.

The workshop will be based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis and strive to teach careviers how to set and adapt rules, while providing a stimulating and positive environment.
THURSDAY:Â The Reorganization meeting of the Paramus Planning Board will be held at 7pm in Council Chambers.

FRIDAY: The Bergen County Professional Women's Network Breakfast Roundtable - Informal & Informative session begins at 8am at the Rt 4 East Panera Bread. This is an opportunity for women to informally  connect while enjoying coffee and pastries. The featured presenter is Claudia Stagg of AMORE Journey.
