Solomon's Transactions Totaled $1.1B and 8K Units Since 2017

Owner and Manager's Current Total Unit Count 15,000 in 10 States

SUMMIT, NJ—The Solomon Organization’s capital transactions since January 2017 include 8,000 units bought, sold or refinanced for a total transaction of more than $1.1 billion, bringing its current unit count to 15,000 in 10 states.

The Solomon Organization expanded its portfolio by increasing the number of units in markets where it already exists, upping the number of markets in states it already has holdings, and moving into new states.

“We cater to renters in metropolitan areas that offer vast educational and skilled employment opportunities,” said Zach Solomon, Managing Director for The Solomon Organization. “We often buy communities from the original owners, so they have been well-cared for but in need of the modern touches that we are happy to make with capital investments.”

It also increased its Midwest portfolio with more acquisitions in the Detroit Metro Area of Michigan and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and new purchases in the Columbus and Cincinnati areas of Ohio, including one community in a Cincinnati suburb in Northern Kentucky.
