Spartans, Paladins Walk Away with All-County Recognizition

With the spring athletic season just around the corner, approximately 70 River Dell and Bergen Catholic student-athletes were named to an All-County team for their contributions this past winter.

Below is a break down of which athletes were nominated to an All-County team or received honorable mention:

Boys Indoor Track

Third Team – Matt Schneider (400m) of Paramus

Honorable Mention – Brian Calamanca and Mike Secreti of Paramus; Krystian Bautista of Paramus Catholic

Girls Indoor Track

First Team – Tatiyanna Sanders (55m) of Paramus Catholic

Third Team – Rosie Menyhart (triple jump) of Paramus Catholic

Honorable Mention – Jolie Bartner and Linsday Lucas of Paramus; Tatianna Jenkins of Paramus Catholic

Hockey

First team – Alex Flesichmann (forward) and Bryan Nagy (defense), both of Paramus Catholic
