Tuesday: Smooth Performs Concert at Bandshell

Terrific Tuesdays concert series, presented by the Paramus Cultural Arts Council, continues with a performance by Smooth which will play Motown and R&B classics this Tuesday night. Concert begins at 7:30 p.m. at the bandshell behind the Paramus Public Library. 

The Paramus Health Department is hosting free skin cancer screening from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday. Call (201) 201-265 2100 ext. 755 for more information. 

It's Bingo at the Paramus Senior Center Tuesday at 1 p.m. 

Summer story times at the library for the little ones continues. From 10 to 10:45 a.m. it's Little Bookworms for babies up to 18-months and Tell Me a Story for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 year olds, Picture Book Parade from kids 3 1/2 to 5 from 11 to 11:45 a.m. and Kindergarten Here I Come for kids entering Kindergarten in the fall from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. 

There will not be a meeting of the mayor and council Tuesday - the next work session meeting is expected to be held Tuesday, Aug. 13.
