2 Traffic Incidents, Route 80 Closures In Morris County: Cops

A fuel spill and jack-knifed tractor trailer was causing closures on Route 80 on Tuesday, officials said.

Three lanes were closed around 7:30 a.m. on I-80 westbound at Exit 37 and Hibernia Ave in Rockaway.

The exit ramp also was closed.

There were 15- to 20-minute delays in traffic.
