$3,400 in Tools Stolen from Construction Site
A work trailer behind The Bottle King Liquor Store on Route 46 was burglarized.

A work trailer was broken into and $3,400 worth of tools were stolen earlier this week from a construction site behind The Bottle King Liquor Store on Route 46, Parsippany Police said.
A construction worker arrived to the site at about 7 a.m. Tuesday and found the two locks on the trailer were cut and several tools were stolen, police said.
Stolen items included a laser level with tripod, a sight level with tripod and a Milwaukee brand impact driver. The burglary took place sometime between 6:15 p.m. Monday and 7:05 a.m. Tuesday, according to a release from Officer Remo D’Alessandro, community relations officer.

Sgt. Michael Ruggier, Officer John Keiling and additional officers arrived as well as Detective Anthony Morelli of the Parsippany Police Department’s Investigative Division and the incident is being investigated, according to the release.
Police said entry to the site was gained through an area near the Interstate 80 fence line.
