I posted an article earlier with a quick, easy, taco family meal. Here are pics of the outcome.

We all thought the meal was really good, but my husband said he prefers normal taco shells to the nacho flavored ones my daughter picked out from the Parsippany Target yesterday. The cilantro lime rice I talked about in my recipe post earlier today was really good.
