Drug Free; why not Litter free School Zones?
The norm is unacceptable and especially offensive in certain areas, like parks and school grounds. This to is part of education or example.

Litter Free School Zones
At the very least all citizens BOE taxes should assure that the BOE custodial laborer force has a mandate in their duties and responsibilities to have "Litter Free School Zones". We already have the designated "Drug Free School Zones". We must somehow improve the norm; and the unacceptable conditions of that norm; in this case the litter phenomena that abounds should be inappropriate and easily remedied in School Zones by a routine abatement by the custodians. The nature and possible origins of the trash/litter should be addressed if possible, and culprits identified.
This minor job task should be easily implemented..Most of our Municipal Tax goes to the BOE, we should expect more from them in aspects of clean community and waste source separation disciplines. Proper Practices and teach by example..
