Parsippany Blvd Closed Near Rt. 287 Ramp

PARSIPPANY, NJ — Parsippany Boulevard is closed Thursday morning, and it could make for a messy commute.

The road is closed between Forest Drive and the Route 287 south on-ramp near Wood Glen Way because of downed power lines, police said. They did not provide an estimated reopening time.

Drivers are asked to take another route Thursday morning.

Ridgedale Avenue in Hanover is also closed in both directions, between East Hanover Avenue to Horsehill Road (near the Walmart) because of a downed utility pole, Hanover police said. Drivers are also asked to avoid that area.
