Parsippany Express Cross Country Regional Competition for 2018
Some members of the team progressed onto regionals in Pennsylvania. Of that group, select Parsippany teammates qualified for nationals!

On November 18, 17 Parsippany Express Cross Country runners participated in the regional competition.
8 of the team qualified based on their individual running scores to progress to nationals; 5 more runners qualified due to participation on a top 5 team. Overall 13 of Parsippany's own qualified for the national meet.

Sohan’s Lakeland Team finished in 1st place! He qualified individually for nationals

28th Bakas, Gabriel 13:50.8 - He qualified individually for nationals

23rd Vavilala, Eesha 14:32.8 - qualified individually for nationals
28th Mullan, Anina 14:39.8 - qualified individually for nationals
29th Sisco, Callie 14:41.2 - qualified individually for nationals
Eesha, Anina and Callie’s Lakeland Team finished in 2nd place; only two points away from first place Nittanny Lion Club!

Harry and Brian’s Lakeland team finished in 5th place! They both qualified for nationals as part of a top 5 team!

Kira, Elizabeth and Meghan’s Lakeland Team finished in 2nd place, one point ahead of the Auburn Track Club. Meghan was Lakeland’s fifth runner and she beat Auburn’s fifth runner by one spot securing the second place! All three girls qualified for nationals for being on a top 5 team!
