Zoning to Discuss Proposed Parsippany Vet Housing Wednesday

The winter concerts begin for Parsippany schools:

• Knollwood at 1 p.m.
• Lake Hiawatha at Central MS at 7 p.m.
• Lake Parsippany at Brooklawn MS at 7 p.m. 
• Rockaway Meadow and Gen PTA at 1:15 p.m. 
• Troy Hills at 7 p.m. 

The zoning board will meet on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. and on the agenda is Zandy’s Acres at 648 Old Dover Rd. Zandy’s Acres is looking for a use variance to construct 26 multi family dwelling units within three buildings. This is a continued hearing from the June 19 meeting.

Also, the offices of 26th Assembly District at 1055 Parsippany Blvd need a variance to construct a freestanding sign.

Lastly, Mr. and Mrs. Balasubramanian Elango at 65 Erica Way are seeking a variance to construct a deck with stairs
