Puppy Thrown Over Fence 'Like A Piece Of Trash' Needs NJ Home
This 8-week-old puppy was tossed over a fence "as if she were a piece of trash." Now, an NJ rescue is looking for her new home.
BUTLER, NJ — This tiny eight-week-old puppy has already been through a lot in her short life. On Tuesday afternoon, "Harper was thrown over a fence into someone’s yard as if she were a piece of trash," New Jersey-based Tri-Boro Animal Welfare said.
Now, Tri-Boro Animal Welfare is looking for a home that will love Harper unconditionally.
"After receiving an urgent plea for help for Harper, one of our partner fosters scooped her up and rushed her to the vet. Despite Harper’s ordeal she received a clean bill of health and her first set of puppy vaccines," the rescue says.

Harper will be in foster case within a week or two, and after that, she'll be looking for her forever home. She currently weights about five pounds, but is expected to grow to about 40.
