PARSIPPANY, NJ — A free trunk-or-treat is coming up in Parsippany, hosted by the Living Waters Church.
The festivities take place on Oct. 28 from 4 to 6 p.m., and are free. Children can enjoy candy, hot chocolate, games and pumpkin painting.
