The Parsippany Animal Control and Shelter have this friendly orange boy in their custody.
PARSIPPANY, NJ - This very friendly orange boy was found Wednesday at Dartmouth Village apartments and the Parsippany Animal Control and Shelter wants to know if he is yours.
He is not neutered, no microchip, and no collar although he has a mark from wearing one, officials noted.
