3 Princeton Restaurants Among State's Top 30, NJ Monthly Says
Agricola, Elements and Mistral all made the magazine's annual list.

PRINCETON, NJ — Three Princeton restaurants have been named to New Jersey Monthly's annual list of 30 best restaurants in the state. Agricola, Elements and Mistral all made the annual list.
Mitresh Saraiya came from India to New Jersey at the age of three, and has worked his way up from line cook to executive chef at Agricola, according to the magazine. Saraiya, 32, was a sous chef at the Frog and the Peach in New Brunswick, but left that position to go to Agricola.
With prices ranging from $85 to $185 per person, Elements is among the most expensive restaurants on this list, but patrons get a full-on experience, with each course delivered and explained by the chef who prepared it (questions welcome). They give you the deep history and the state-of-the-art of cooking at the same time.

Joe Mooney, 30, cooked directly under Elements chef and co-owner Scott Anderson, and was promoted to head chef at Mistral, Elements’ downstairs neighbor. Mooney took over for Mistral’s founding chef, Ben Nerenhausen, and brings an extravagant creativity to Mistral’s reasonably priced menu.
