PRINCETON, NJ — As 2019 comes to a close, let's take a look at the real estate market in Princeton. More than 400 properties including homes, land, condos and townhomes, sold this year in Princeton that ranged in price from more than $25 million to as low as $87,000, according to the realtor.com.
The priciest property was 1.45 acres of land at 3406 Route 1, which sold for $25 million.
