Ani Ramen To Open New Restaurant In Princeton

The popular ramen house is expected to open a new location in Princeton in the fall.

PRINCETON, NJ — Popular ramen restaurant, Ani Ramen will be opening a new restaurant in Princeton.

They will be taking over 140 Nassau Street which was formerly a Qdoba restaurant, a spokesperson told Patch. The ramen house is expected to open in the fall.

“Serving our craft ramen to the Princeton community has long been a goal for our team, and we’re thrilled to have found a home on Nassau Street," said Founder and Managing Member Luck Sarabhayavanija.

"We’re equally excited for the opportunity to introduce Mochinut to the town—these artisanal donuts made with Japanese rice flour perfectly complement the Ani Ramen menu.”

Ani Ramen is known for its signature craft ramen featuring custom-made noodles including bao buns, kurobuta sausage, chili charred edamame among other delicacies.

The restaurant chain owned by Montclair Hospitality Group has seven locations across New Jersey, including the quick-service location at District Kitchen inside Harborside Atrium in Jersey City.
